Capacitor Reference - Macintosh II
There were two logic board revisions of the Macintosh II. Rev. A used axial capacitors, which are fairly robust and don't often fail. The Rev. B board switched to surface-mount electrolytic caps, which always fail and leak. Any Rev. B Mac II should be recapped.
Logic Board (Rev A)
Some boards may be missing two of the 47uf 16v capacitors.
